Welcome to our photography studio. These terms outline our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
What to Wear
For hygienic reasons, we do not provide clothing for clients.
We recommend:
Babies/children – plain white or beige outfits (simple and minimal looks best in our studio).
Parents – jeans and a plain white shirt are preferred.
Photography Terms of Service
1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking.
This deposit will be applied toward your total session cost.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due immediately after the session. Accepted payment methods,
Cash – session fee only.
E-transfer – session fee plus applicable tax.
3. Photo Delivery
Edited photos will be delivered within 5–6 business days after the session.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The $30 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur an additional $20 cancellation fee. One reschedule is allowed (with at least 48hr notice) without penalty.
5. Props Provided
We provide all props for the session, including baskets, pillows, blankets, toys, wooden stools, decorative candles, dried flowers, crates, seasonal accents, and minimalist accessories (such as headbands and wraps).
6. Special Themes & Smash Cake
We offer smash cake sessions and custom themes.
An additional fee of $50–$120 will be added to your selected package, depending on the theme and setup requested.
